About Me I am an assistant professor at the Department of Management at the McCombs School of Business, the University of Texas at Austin.
My research examines how interdependence in innovation and evaluation process shapes organizational actions and performance. I study this question in two contexts: product development empowered by A/B testing, and firm innovation strategies with deep learning as an enabling technology. Methodologically, I rely on large-sample statistical analysis, lab experiments, and computational methods. My work has been published in Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal. |
